Sometimes the little thing's make the difference between staying at Different hotels. Have the jacuzzi operating properly I went there on one occasion to use the jacuzzi only one jet works? Why? The jacuzzi has more than one jet ,I was very disssappointed.So I came again for a weekend after that and it was the same that tells me it's on purpose and you don't care fixing your Jacuzzi why? Other than that you offer a nice place to staycation be well Giving much thanks this Thursday and always.

Nick was super nice and trying to help everyone in our party who was having trouble with cleanliness of our rooms and horrible smells in our rooms. He was pretty much the only good thing the hotel had going for it, he was trying his best.
